Deposit Policy
- ✦A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.
- ✦Deposits are collected securely via Stripe at the time of booking.
- ✦The deposit amount is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellation Policy
- ✦Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit in full.
- ✦No-shows will forfeit the deposit in full — no exceptions.
- ✦Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: your deposit is transferable to a future appointment and will not be refunded.

Rescheduling Policy
- ✦Reschedules made with 24+ hours notice: your deposit transfers to the new appointment date.
- ✦Reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice are treated as cancellations — deposit is forfeited.

Late Policy
- ✦Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled at Mita's discretion.
- ✦In the event of cancellation due to lateness, the deposit is forfeited.
- ✦Please communicate early if you're running late — life happens and we appreciate the heads up!
