These policies help ensure a smooth, respectful experience for everyone. Please read before booking.

Deposit Policy

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.
  • Deposits are collected securely via Stripe at the time of booking.
  • The deposit amount is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit in full.
  • No-shows will forfeit the deposit in full — no exceptions.
  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: your deposit is transferable to a future appointment and will not be refunded.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Reschedules made with 24+ hours notice: your deposit transfers to the new appointment date.
  • Reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice are treated as cancellations — deposit is forfeited.

Late Policy

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled at Mita's discretion.
  • In the event of cancellation due to lateness, the deposit is forfeited.
  • Please communicate early if you're running late — life happens and we appreciate the heads up!

  • Nail art pricing is based on complexity tier (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Custom).

  • Please come with clean, polish-free nails (removal services available at an additional charge).
  • Bring your inspo photos! The more reference you bring, the better the final result.
